It serves as a quaint respite for those who want to escape the city. This Two Bedroom Bungalow is Two Hours from Toronto, on the Burnt River in the picturesque town of Kinmout. Ideal for ATV'rs and/or Kayaker's dream with direct access to the Victoria Rail Trail and Burnt River and of course the popular, not to be missed eclectic Highlands Cinema. Situated in the heart of the Kawarthas, it offers short distance Day trips to two of the most popular towns in the Kawarthas, Fenelon Falls and Bobcaygeon. Not familiar with the area. We got you covered. We'll provide a list of to do's to ensure your time is well used.

 

Relax or explore, there are a ton of activities for the outdoors enthusiasts. 

The Bungalow

This convenience of amenities and views from the location makes it an ideal spot for families of up to Five with two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a double bed on bottom a single Bunk on top.

 

Located on the Burnt River, The historic town of Kinmount. There is always something to keep you occupied.

Great for the work from home types with high speed Internet. The only commuting is getting up from bed and walking into the work space in the sunroom overlooking the Burnt River and Victoria Rail Trail. Go for an swim, ATV ride, bike ride, Hike, walk, jog, fish, sit by the firepit...the outdoor activities are limited by your imagination.
